Quality Management System

To ensure the quality of products and progress of every project, Viet Long JSC has implemented the Quality Management and Assurance Program (OMEP), applied the Quality Management System according to ISO 9000:2015 from Business Process System (BPS) including various smaller processes such as the Project Planning, Investigating, Design, Construction and Sales, Process of Maintenance and Warranty to the Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) including Customer Relationship Management Sub-system (CRM), Document Management Sub-system (Document code, letters, official documents, electronic document management system), and Asset and Personnel Management Sub-system.
